The Visitor Engagement Overview report displays an easily accessible collection of widgets that quickly allow you to understand if visitors are navigating through your site easily, and arriving at pages that are helpful to them. Additionally, each of the graph widgets can easily be drilled down simply by clicking on the relevant point or bar. All widgets in the report will respond to any drill down or filter.

Visits by Page Depth
This widget contains a doughnut chart and bar graph that details the amount of visits that were made, distributed by the total number of pages clicked through. The bar graph displays the number of visits grouped by page depth from 1 page up to more than 20 pages visited by default.
Visits by Length of Visit
This widget contains a doughnut chart and bar graph that details the amount of visits that were made, distributed by the total time spent per visit session. The bar graph displays the number of visits grouped by the duration of visits from 0 minutes up to more than 30 minutes by default.
Visits by Searches per Visit
This widget contains a doughnut chart and bar graph that details the amount of searches that were made per visit session. The bar graph displays the number of visits grouped by the number of searches from 0 to more than 50 searches per visit by default.
Average Length of Visit (Minutes)
This widget contains a line chart that details the average duration of visit sessions in minutes, over the currently selected time period. You can hover your cursor over any point in the chart to highlight the average duration at that point.
Percent of Failed Searches
This widget contains a line chart that details the percentage of searches where a user didn't click on any search result (including searches with no results), over the currently selected time period. You can hover your cursor over any point in the chart to highlight the percentage at that point.
Average Page Load Time
This widget contains a line chart that details the average time in milliseconds that lapses from when a user enters a site URL or clicks a link on your site, until the page is fully loaded on the user's browser. You can hover your cursor over any point in the chart to highlight the percentage at that point during the selected time period.
Bounce Rate
This widget contains a line chart that details the percentage of visit sessions that lasted less than 30 seconds over the currently selected time period. You can hover your cursor over any point in the chart to highlight the percentage at that point.
Filters
Portal Tree
Use this filter to navigate through your portal and simply check the box next to any page or level to review information for exclusively that selection.
Date
Use the date slider to quickly change the start or end date that you would like review information for. If you'd like to choose a specific date, click either the start or end date and manually select it using the calendar popup.
