This report lets you see the top user groups from your connected Active Directory, and their associated page views tally. While different enterprises organize their AD User Groups differently, this report is often helpful for determining which departments and project teams are making the best use of your SharePoint portal, and which groups may need more support integrating SharePoint into their workflow.

Note: In order to properly monitor user groups, first configure Active Directory integration

The page views table widget contains the following columns:

  • Group - The Active Directory group name.
  • Views - The number of page views per group
  • Visits - The number of visits per group. Each visits session is a series of SharePoint page requests from the same uniquely identified client with a time limit of 30 minutes between page requests.
  • No labels
