This guide will help you navigate the login and signup process for CardioLog Analytics SaaS.

Once you have installed the CardioLog Analytics SaaS add-in for SharePoint from the Microsoft Store, you will be directed to the CardioLog Analytics SaaS login page.

The login page is designed to accommodate both existing customers and new customers. Below, you'll find detailed instructions on how to sign in or sign up. By following these steps, you can ensure a smooth and secure entry into the CardioLog Analytics SaaS configuration page in order to manage all application settings. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please contact our support team.



CardioLog Analytics SaaS Login Page

Sign In

  • Who: Existing customers who already have an active CardioLog Analytics SaaS subscription.
  • How:
    1. Click the Sign In button to access the CardioLog Analytics SaaS configuration page.
    2. Enter your Microsoft work account credentials.

Important Note: The first login must be performed by a Global Admin. This is a crucial step, as the Global Admin will need to consent on behalf of the organization and assign appropriate app roles to themselves and other users who require access to the CardioLog Analytics SaaS configuration page.

First Login

Assign App Roles

  • Who: Users with SharePoint Global Admin role.
  • How:
    1. Sign in to Microsoft Azure Portal and browse to Enterprise Applications.
    2. Select the CardioLog SaaS Solutions Administration application 
    3. Click Manage > Properties
    4. Set Assignment Required to Yes and Visible to Users to No in order to control which users can sign in to the application.



    5. Click Manage > Users and Groups > Add user/group



    6. On the Add Assignment pane, select None Selected under Users and groups

    7. Search for and select the user or group that you would like to assign to the application, including your own Global Admin account, and click Select

    8. Under Select a role, select the CardioLog Admin role and click Assign

Sign Up

  • Who: New customers who do not have an active CardioLog Analytics SaaS subscription yet.
  • How:
    1. Click on the Sign Up button to start the registration process.
    2. Fill in the required information, such as your name and email.



    3. Submit the form to complete the initial signup process.
    4. After submitting your signup details, you will be contacted by an Intlock representative who will provide you with an access code.

    5. Once you receive the activation code, your Global Admin should return to the login page and:

      1. Sign In using their Microsoft work account credentials with the Global Admin role.



      2. Consent on behalf of the organization to allow access to the CardioLog Analytics SaaS configuration page.
        Important Note: Granting admin consent on behalf of the organization allows all users to access the application unless restrictions are applied. To control which users can sign in to the applicationassign app roles.


      3. Assign app roles to themselves and other users who need access to the CardioLog Analytics SaaS configuration page.
    6. Once app roles are set up, return to the login page and click the Sign In button to access the CardioLog Analytics SaaS configuration page.
    7. Enter the access code when prompted to activate your subscription.
