Number of Tree Items
This is the total amount of files that are currently in your SharePoint portal tree.
Count of Created
This is the total number of files that have been created in your SharePoint tree.
Number of Unused Items
This is the total number of items that have not been opened or downloaded during the currently selected time range.
Size
This is the combined size of all items in your portal.
Portal Size (by Page)
This bar graph compares total page size by level. You can drill up or down to move through each page level in your tree structure.
Portal Size (by Date)
This line chart displays the changes in total size of your portal over the selected time range.
Size by Content Type
This bar graph compares the total file size of each file type.
Content Creation (by Date)
This line chart displays the number of files uploaded over the selected time range.
