The Goal Funnel report details the navigation path that visitors took to achieve a selected goal. The funnel path uses a blue arrow to indicate the total number of users who continued from each step to the next towards your Goal. The red arrows indicate users who left the goal path to a different page of your site. The red arrows point to tables that contain a list of the pages that users navigated to, alongside the number of total number of users who left the goal path at each step.
Note: The widget will only display relevant information once a pre-configured goal has been selected in the widget's filter preferences, under Visitor Segments, as shown below.
