Gamify Admin Dashboard
In order to access the Gamify Admin Dashboard an Admin role is required. You can select the users you would like to grant the Admin role to in the Gamify Configuration page.
The Gamify Admin Dashboard includes the following sections:
Stats
This section provides general statistics about the current game round:
- Overall number of users and groups participating in the current game round.
- The current game round number and how many days left to it.
Gamify Admin Dashboard - Stats
You can configure the game settings such as the user profile attribute to group users by (for example department or office etc.) and the game round start and end dates in the Gamify Configuration page.
Most Adopted Groups
This section presents the top groups ranked by their score. The overall group score is the sum of all group members scores according to the following formula (the group persona multipliers are configurable):
Use the left and right arrows to navigate between the listed groups.
Click the ... button and Download to CSV to export the list to Excel.

Most Adopted Users
This section presents the top users ranked by their score. The user score is the sum of points for each action the user performed in the portal. You can configure the score calculation and set the points for each type of user activity in the Gamify Configuration page.
Use the left and right arrows to navigate between the listed users.
Click the ... button and Download to CSV to export the list to Excel.
Gamify Admin Dashboard - Most Adopted Users
Filter by Group
Use the Filter Group option to filter the dashboard by a specific group. This option will highlight the selected group in the Most Adopted Groups section and display only the selected group members in the Most Adopted Users section.
