This report details all the countries that users have visited your site from. 

Note: The Countries report is based on GEO location (the public visitor IP), and can only be used for public websites. It cannot be used for intranet portals, even if the user accesses the site from outside the network through a proxy or VPN.

Fot intranet portals, use the Active User Categories report, which can be filtered by the country/location of the user based on its user profile.

Table Widget

The Countries table widget contains the following columns:

• Country - The nation the user is accessing your site from, based on IP address.
• Unique Users - The number of individual visitors as identified by login information, a unique anonymous cookie, or IP address.
• Visits - The number of visit sessions by each unique user. A visit is a series of SharePoint page requests from the same uniquely identified client with a maximum period of 30 minutes between each page request.
• Visit Duration - The average time spent by visitors during a visit session.

Map Widget

This report provides a world map representing page views by country. Countries are color coded, with darker colors representing higher values. The key in the bottom right corner of the widget displays the highest value for any country shown. Mouse over a country to display the number of page views. CardioLog Analytics uses internal and third-party data to derive visitors' geographic locations from their IP addresses. Use the tools on the left side of the widget to zoom in and out of the map, and to navigate around the map
