This report lists content items that have been uploaded to a selected SharePoint site, ranked by total file size. You can select which levels of your SharePoint Tree and which content types to include in the report for analysis in the "Advanced" tab in the widget preferences. The report includes a cumulative list of all available content on your site through the selected time range.

Table Widget

The Content Size table widget contains the following columns:

• Title - The name of the content item.
• Total Size (KB) - The file size for each item uploaded to the portal, by default in kilobytes.
  Please be aware that when file versioning is activated, the file size will reflect that of the most recent version.

In the Advanced preferences for the Content Size Table Widget, you may edit Show total size in: and select either kilobytes (KB), megabytes (MB), or gigabytes (GB). For site pages that are primarily text or image documents, KB or MB will likely be the most helpful. For pages that contain files including audio or video, MB or GB will likely be more comfortable to view.
