Use the OneDrive User Adoption report to learn more about which users have used OneDrive recently and who hasn't. By understanding which of your users are not adopting well to OneDrive, you can begin to find and target their issues and manage resources more effectively by focusing training on the users, groups and departments who need it.

Active Users Rate

This visual indicates the ratio of active users who viewed, created, edited, synced or shared at least one file in OneDrive to those who haven't, during the selected date range.

User Adoption

This visual contains a line chart that details the number of active users as well as a line chart that details the number of inactive users, over the currently selected date range. You can hover your cursor over any point in the chart to highlight the number of users at that point.

Active Users

The number of users who viewed, created, edited, synced or shared at least one file in OneDrive in the selected date range.

Inactive Users

The number of users who did not view, create, edit, sync or share any files in OneDrive in the selected date range.

External Users

The number of users that are External.

Active Users by Username

This table visual includes the following columns:

  • Username  - The name of the user.
  • Files Viewed - The number of files a user viewed.
  • Files Created - The number of files a user created.
  • Files Edited - The number of files a user edited.
  • Files Deleted - The number of files a user deleted.
  • Files Synced - The number of files a user synced.
  • Files Shared - The number of files a user shared.

Filters: Date, Office, Department
