Once you have installed the CardioLog Analytics SaaS add-in app for SharePoint from the Microsoft Store, you will be directed to the CardioLog Analytics SaaS login page.
Note: If you are unable to install the app from the Microsoft Store, contact our support team for instructions on accessing the CardioLog Analytics SaaS login page.

The login page is designed to accommodate both existing customers and new customers. Below, you'll find detailed instructions on how to sign in or sign up. By following these steps, you can ensure a smooth and secure entry into the CardioLog Analytics SaaS configuration page in order to manage all application settings. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please contact our support team.

Sign In

To access the CardioLog Analytics SaaS configuration page, you need to be assigned a user role. Please contact our support team to have a role assigned. Your main administrator will soon be able to manage user access and assign roles directly on the configuration page.

• Who: Existing customers who already have an active CardioLog Analytics SaaS subscription.
• How:
  1. Click the Sign In button to access the CardioLog Analytics SaaS configuration page.
  2. Enter your Microsoft work account credentials.

• Who: Users with SharePoint Global Admin role.
• How:
  1. Sign in to Microsoft Azure Portal and browse to Enterprise Applications.
  2. Select the CardioLog SaaS Solutions Administration application 
  3. Click Manage > Properties
  Set Assignment Required to Yes and Visible to Users to No in order to control which users can sign in to the application.

  4. On the Add Assignment pane, select None Selected under Users and groups

  5. Search for and select the user or group that you would like to assign to the application, including your own Global Admin account, and click Select

  6. Under Select a role, select the Global Admin role and click Assign

  7. If your organization has restrictions in place, you may need approval from your global administrator to grant these permissions. The global administrator can also choose to consent to these permissions on behalf of the entire organization.

Sign Up

• Who: New customers who do not have an active CardioLog Analytics SaaS subscription yet.
• How:
  1. Click on the Sign Up button to start the registration process.
  2. Fill in the required information, such as your name and email.
     
     
     
     
  3. Submit the form to complete the initial signup process.

  4. After submitting your signup details, you will be contacted by an Intlock representative who will provide you with an activation access code.

  5. Once you receive the activation code, your Global Admin should return to the login page and:

     1. Sign In using their your Microsoft work account credentials with the Global Admin role.
