Step 2: Choose User Attributes To Report On

  1. In this section you can select all user attributes that you would like to filter and report on, based on your connected user database such as Active Directory. Attributes may be added or removed at any time to accommodate your needs.
  2. Using the search bar, enter the name of any attribute you would like to find and include.
  3. Select the button next to each user attribute you would like to include in your usage reports.
  4. Click Save to confirm your selection.

Step 3: Add The CardioLog Tracking Code To Your Sites

This step allows you to add the JavaScript tracking code to each of your sites. 

  1. Navigate to the Microsoft Office Store and install the free Web Analytics Integration plugin for your SharePoint site. This step will need to be repeated for each SharePoint site you would like to track using CardioLog Analytics.
  2. You will be asked to confirm that you are logged in to an administrative account for the desired SharePoint site.
  3. The Web Analytics Integration plugin will be installed on your SharePoint site and you will be presented with a confirmation window.
  4. If this is the first time using this app on all sites, you may be asked to confirm that you trust it. Click Trust it to continue.
  5. You should be brought to the App configuration window. If not, you can navigate to it from Your Apps on your SharePoint site.
  6. Copy the JavaScript tracking code that appears within this step of this Configuration Wizard to the Head script text box.

  7. Click Save to confirm your entry and return to your SharePoint site.
  8. From the Configuration Wizard, click Save to confirm your choice and continue.

Step 4: Connect to a Power BI Content Pack

In this step you can connect your CardioLog usage reports directly to a Power BI Content Pack. A Power BI Pro user account is required.

Enter the Power BI Pro Username and Password of the owner of the CardioLog Analytics SaaS content pack. This user will be able to share it with all other relevant users in your organization.  

Once connected, all users with the required permissions in Power BI will instantly have access to all collected data. Click Save to confirm and finish CardioLog SaaS Configuration.
