Report pages may be scheduled at regular intervals and present data about individual items and pages based on the widget(s) in the Report. The report may include several widgets and can be viewed either in CardioLog Report Center, or by going directly to the report's URL address.
Real Time Preview | Real time preview is available by running ad-hoc queries directly on the CardioLog database. This feature is available for analysts who wish to view reports at a specific time. |
Templates can be defined for any object type in your monitored environment (e.g. Area, Site, List, etc.). Each template includes several widgets (similar to a report). A user can view real time data for a specific object in the Object Explorer by selecting a report template from a predefined list of templates. CardioLog provides several templates for each object type by default.
This is a visual component that displays the results of a query. There are four types of components:
| |
Metric | Metric refers to query results contained in a widget, such as the number of page views for a site, top search terms, user information, etc. |
Object Explorer | Object Explorer contains a hierarchical list of all objects that are monitored by CardioLog. The Professional edition includes all objects in your Microsoft SharePoint environment. In the Enterprise edition, Object Explorer includes other portals and applications. Object Explorer represents the hierarchical structure upon which CardioLog performs the various query aggregations, notably when analyzing subpages or children items. |
Home Page ("Specific " mode) | Refers to the first item identified when collecting data in the Object Explorer. |
All Pages ("Aggregated " mode) | Refers to the first item identified, and all sub pages or children items below it as represented in the Object Explorer. |
Favorites | A collection of objects in Object Explorer which have been selected by the user for real time preview. |
Views | The number of times the page or document has been viewed according to the parameters set, limiting time period and relevant users or user groups. |
Visits | Each visit is a SharePoint page request from the same uniquely identified client with a time of no more than 30 minutes between after the last page request. |
Unique Users | The number of individual visitors as identified by login information, an anonymous cookie, or IP address. |
Duration | The average time (measured in seconds) spent on a web page, within a specific item, or level of the portal hierarchy. |
Exit Rate | The percentage of times a specific SharePoint page was the last page in a visit to the web site. |
Bounce Rate | The percentage of visitors who see only one page during a visit to your site. |
